A Fayetteville firefighter was injured while responding to a house fire late Friday morning.
The fire broke out just after 11 a.m. at a home on A Drive, according to CBS 17
Fire crews reported heavy flames coming from the roof of the home when they arrived. During the fire, one firefighter sustained injuries and was transported to Cape Fear Valley Hospital for treatment for minor injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
