FDNY Firefighters Battle Three-Alarm Fire on Upper East Side

FirstOnScenePhotos shared some pictures of Fire Department of New York (FDNY) firefighters operating at the scene of a three-alarm fire in an eight-story multiple dwelling.

Companies from throughout New York City responded to the stubborn fire on East 91 Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan on Monday, January 27, 2025.

The fire seemed to have originated on the fourth floor but quickly spread upward, eventually getting into the cockloft with flames extending though the roofline.

Numerous truck companies were special called for search and relief purposes.

It took almost two hours and 200 firefighters to bring the incident under control.
