Shreveport (LA) – A fifth Shreveport firefighter now faces charges in the ongoing investigation into criminal activity at Fire Station No. 8.
Randy Chandler, 51, of the 200 block of Douglas Drive in Stonewall turned himself over to authorities around 5 p.m. today.
He was booked into Caddo Correctional Center on a charge of cruelty to the infirmed on a $100,000 bond.
The charges stem from allegations that they abused two disabled men who were regulars at Fire Station 8, according to relatives of one of the alleged victims.
