Firefighters have contained a 50-plus acre wildfire along Arizona 89 just north of Flagstaff, reports azcentral.com (http://bit.ly/1IWRb0C)
The state Department of Public Safety received reports around 2 p.m. Saturday of a wildfire that was moderately spreading through the grass, the Summit Fire District release said.
Structures in the area were not in any immediate danger, but officials were concerned with protecting power lines.
The fire was said to be human caused and is under investigation.
A total of eight engines responded to the fire as well as one air resource, the release stated.
