Fire Chief Cites Rapid Deteriorating Conditions at Fire That Killed Toledo (OH) Firefighters

At a press conference Monday, Fire Chief Louis Santiago cited “rapid deterioration of conditions” at a Sunday fire that killed two Toledo (OH) firefighters in the line of duty.

The Toledo Blade (http://bit.ly/1dLr9tI) said chief and Toledo Mayor D. Chief Santiago said officials have not determined an official cause for the fire but that an investigation would continue.
