Firefighter and Two Deputies Injured in Centennial (CO) House Fire

Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire in Centennial that injured a firefighter and two deputies on Saturday, according to 9News.

The fire broke out just before noon at a home on South Gibraltar Lane near Fox Hill Park, South Metro Fire Rescue reported. Firefighters evacuated all occupants safely, but two deputies were treated by medics after rescuing two minors from the backyard. A firefighter was hospitalized with injuries of undetermined severity.

Additionally, one dog and five cats remain unaccounted for following the blaze, officials said.
