Firefighter Fitness Bulletin: Deficit Deadlift

In this week’s firefighter fitness bulletin, Chris Brennan of Fire Service Warrior discusses the deficit deadlift, which involves lifting an object lower to the floor than a barbell. The reality of the firegound is that firefighters often work from less than ideal body positions and preparing to do so will reduce the risk of injury, if you prepare properly.
