A firefighter was injured battling a house fire in northwest Atlanta (GA), reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Atlanta fire Capt. Sean Johnson said the firefighter was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital after suffering second-degree burns to his forehead.
The injured firefighter’s name was not released, but Johnson said his injuries are not believed to be serious.
The fire melted the siding on a house next door before being extinguished.
