Report: Firefighter Sues Over Injuries Sustained in Fatal NYC Gas Explosion

A firefighter has reportedly filed a lawsuit over a deadly East Harlem gas explosion in March 2013.

The New York Post (http://bit.ly/1nkPySw) reports that Dale Scott of the Fire Department of New York says he was injured while responding to the incident and is suing the city, Con Ed, and the landlord of the building.

According to the report, the civil suit says Scott, 44, fell when debris collapsed beneath him.
