Firefighters Battle 3-Alarm Huntington Park (CA) Commercial Fire

Firefighters from three agencies responded to a raging three-alarm commercial fire yesterday in Huntington Park, California.

A report on the Los Angeles Daily News site said that three separate businesses were damaged in the fire in a commercial structure.

Plastics, electrical items and wood burned in two of the businesses, but firefighters prevented the flames from spreading to the third business, although it sustained some smoke and water damage, the report said.

More than 100 firefighters from Los Angeles County, Huntington Park, and Vernon fire departments reportedly responded.
