Firefighter Falls Through Balcony at MO Motel Fire

A firefighter was injured while operating at a motel fire early Wednesday morning in Liberty, Missouri.

The firefighter fell through the second-floor balcony the Days Inn in Liberty and suffered unknown injuries, according to WDAT (http://bit.ly/TUFfUJ). He was transported to the hospital but is expected to be all right.

Firefighters rescued two people from a second floor room. A police officer rescued another person also trapped on the second floor. Dozens of people fled the building during the fire.
