Firefighters Respond to Detroit House Explosion

A home exploded Tuesday afternoon in Detroit, according to reports.

The house was located the 18000 block of Barlow Street, according to www.clickondetroit.com.

Three children from a neighboring home were reportedly transported for lacerations and bruises, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The blast comes after several high-profile explosions around the U.S., including a January gas explosion in dowtown Fort Worth, Texas, and a propane blast the left a firefighter dead in Sterling, Virginia.
