Five Injured in Blast at PA Medical Marijuana Facility

Five people were injured after an explosion Wednesday at a medical marijuana plant in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, according to news reports.

WGAL reports that the blast occurred at Ilera Healthcare facility. The victims were reportedly airlifted to a hospital, but few other details were provided.

Darius Deshong of the Hustontown Area Volunteer Fire Company told reporters that an incinerator blew up inside the building.
