Four Firefighters Injured in Laurel (MD) Apartment Fire

Four firefighters were injured in a fire at an apartment building in Laurel on Thursday, reports wusa9.com.

The second-alarm fire happened in the 11700 block of South Laurel Drive, officials said. There was fire coming from the top floor of the garden style apartment building when crews got to the scene.

At least four firefighters were injured and three of them had to be transported to the burn unit. One of the three is being treated for serious burns to the hands.

Some people and a dog have been displaced.
