Four Killed in TN House Fire

Four people died in a house fire Sunday night in Lafayette, Tennessee, including a neighbor who attempted to assist the other victims.

Firefighters were called to the home on Cave Hollow Road just after 7 p.m., according to a report from WSMV (http://bit.ly/Y8N4U3). The structure was fully involved by the time crews arrived, and oxygen tanks may have exploded at the scene.

Officials said an elderly couple lived in the house, along with the wife’s sister. A neighbor ran into the burning home and tried to rescue the family but was also killed. Their identities have not been released.
