In support of local Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services crews, Gershow Recycling donated two vehicles to the Sayville (NY) Fire Department for an extrication exercise the firefighters performed on June 26.
During the exercise, firefighters removed a “victim” from a car involved in a “crash” using specialized extrication equipment. The Sayville Fire Department thanked Gershow for their generous support.
Gershow has seven locations in Brooklyn, New Hyde Park, Freeport, Lindenhurst, Huntington Station, Bay Shore and Medford.
