The Great Baltimore Fire of 1904 Motor Coach Tour

Learn about the 3rd worst fire in US history, in which 86 downtown blocks and 1,500 buildings were destroyed in 30 hours.

The Coach Tour is held on the Fire’s 108th Anniversary Weekend, Sunday, February 5, 2012, 1 – 4:15 pm.

Historians Wayne Schaumberg and Steve Heaver lead 50 participants with a slide-show lecture at the Fire Museum of Maryland and coach tour of Baltimore’s Burnt District 86 downtown blocks and 1,500 buildings were destroyed in 30 hours.

Bus leaves from the Fire Museum, 1301 York Road, Lutherville, MD 21093, exit 26B off Interstate-695,with ample free parking.

Tickets are $42 for members, $48 for nonmembers.

Girl, 6, Dies in North Philadelphia Rowhome Fire; 8-Year-Old Boy Critical
