Greensboro Food Truck Fire Explodes and Injures Firefighter

A firefighter was taken to the hospital after being knocked to the ground after a food truck explosion near an ABC store in Greensboro, reports

At least four fire trucks and multiple firefighters responded to the incident at about 5 p.m. in the 2300 block of Fleming Road on Saturday evening.

Information about how the fire started, the identity of the firefighter and extent of injuries has not been released.

When firefighters arrived, they found the food truck and SUV engulfed, according to officials. A cylinder in the food truck ruptured causing the explosion that knocked the firefighter down.
