Firefighters Respond to Massive Grosse Pointe (MI) House Fire

Fire photographer Steve Redick shared some recent photos from a significant fire in the Detroit suburb of Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

The fire involved a large dwelling under renovation that was fully involved and rapidly spreading to exposures. The fire went to five alarms, beyond which the city of Detroit was requested to send two engine companies, a squad, and a buggy. A total of three buildings were lost, according to Redick.
