Fire Crews Battle 7-Alarm Homestead (PA) Fire

Firefighters responded early this morning to a massive fire in the borough of Homestead, Pennsylvania.

Alertpage reported early of people trapped during the incident.

The Tribune (http://bit.ly/15x1W9V) reported that two people had been rescued from the fire and that two buildings had collapsed. The fire reportedly went to seven alarms.

Fire crews were still actively suppressing the flames after 8 a.m., according to the report.

The fire tore through five buildings and destroyed several businesses.
