IAAI Issues A Call For Papers

The International Association of Arson Investigators, Inc. has issued a call for papers to be given during their year 2002 annual conference. The conference will be held May 20-24, 2002, at Four Points Sheraton Hotel (Milwaukee Airport) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Individuals interested in sharing their knowledge with other professionals in the field of fire investigation are encouraged to submit a proposal for a presentation at this conference. Submissions should contain enough details to allow for an accurate and complete evaluation of the proposal. The submission should include the following:

* Title of the presentation,

* Length of the presentation,

* A typed abstract (three-page maximum) of the presentation,

* Identification of the target audience and an explanation of how its members can apply the information being presented,

* A list of the learning objectives,

* A list of your audio-visual aid needs, and

* A detailed r�m�r curriculum vitae that includes any public speaking or training experience.

* Contact information: business and/or home address, phone and fax telephone numbers, and an e-mail address if available.

All submissions must be received no later than November 1, 2001.

The Conference Program Committee will evaluate all submissions and select presentations based on quality, relevance, application, timeliness, and the presenter’s experience and credentials relative to the proposed subject matter.
