Fire at a towing shop in Indiana

Indianapolis firefighters recently responded to this working fire at a towing and repair shop.

The fire at Poor Man’s Towing and Repair was initially dispatched as a trash fire. Twelve Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) units responded along with two Pike Township fire units. Crews found heavy fire showing from the rear of structure.

There were no reported injuries. The fire was contained to two add-on buildings at the rear, with no extension into the main building.
