Keeping Tradition Alive Conference: May 12 & 13, 2011

Lewisville, Texas – This is going to be another great event!!  

Our City has embraced this with open arms and plans to support this well into the future as an annual event. Almost forgot, registration is only $50!!  

In addition, an Honor Guard Competition takes place on May 14th

Schedule:

Day 1 – May 12th

0700 – 0845: Registration and Meet and Greet (Continental breakfast provided to all attendees) 
0845 – 1000: Opening Ceremonies and General Session 
1000 – 1300: Vender meet and greet and attendee networking
1130 – 1300: Lunch (Provided to all attendees) 
1300 – 1700: Breakout Sessions 
1900 – 2200: Jam session, meet and greet, beer garden and dinner (Dinner provided to all attendees). 
 
Shuttle for those that need it from the hotel to this event will be provided starting at 1730 hours and run until 0200

Day 2 – May 13th 

0700 – 0830:
(Continental breakfast provided to all attendees prior to breakout sessions) 
0830 – 1130: Breakout Sessions 
1130 – 1300: Lunch (Provided to all attendees)
1300 – 1700: Breakout Sessions

*Transportation to and from the airport and Thursday evening’s event will be furnished.

There will be a pub crawl Friday night!!

Day 3 – May 14th **Optional

0830- 1500: Honor Guard Competition
