Kentucky Fire Station Burns

The South Hopkins (KY) Fire Department was destroyed in an overnight fire.

WFIE reports (http://bit.ly/1nvFSOp) that the building in Nortonville was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived Wednesday night. No one was inside and no firefighters were injured, according to the report.

Five departments were on scene with at least seven trucks, the report said. Five fire apparatus were inside the station.

The fire comes less than a week after another Kentucky volunteer fire station was ravaged by fire.
