Photos: Dearborn (MI) Firefighters Control House Fire

Fire photographer Ian Kushnir shared photos of Dearborn (MI) firefighters responding to a recent house fire.

Crews responded to a report of a house fire on Oakman near Tiremen. Police on the scene reported the roof on fire. Fire crews performed a primary search but were pulled out because the building’s structure was compromised.

Crews adopted a defensive posture, and then were able to go offensive after a large majority of the fire was knocked down. No injuries were reported at the time of this writing. While relief crews began to take over, reports of another structure fire in the south end came in, though this proved to be a false alarm.
