JENNINGS of the Littleton (CO) Fire Department, and CAPTAIN JOHN D. CAUFIELD of the Rochester (NY) Fire Department are the 1996 winners of Yvorra Leadership Development Foundation Scholarship Competition. The scholarship is named for James G. Yvorra, a deputy fire chief who died in the line of duty. n
