LION APPAREL acquired SACHSISCHE SCHULTZLEIDUNG (SSK) of Leipzig, Germany. SSK provides firefighter protective clothing for the fire brigades in several German cities.
Ohio-based Lion has also signed a strategic teaming agreement with PROTECTOR SUPPLY, Australia`s largest personal protective safety equipment and workwear distributor. The agreement calls for the joint marketing of Lion Apparel turnout gear and Lion TotalCareTM clothing management services to fire brigades in Australia and southeast Asia.
