Los Angeles County (CA) Firefighters Respond to Suspicious Fire in Auto Body Shop

Authorities suspect arson after a fire gutted an auto body shop early Sunday, destroying six cars parked inside, according to a report from the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

The fire was reported about 7:30 a.m. at Designers Body Shop in the unincorporated area just west of La Puente, Los Angeles County (CA) sheriff’s Sgt. David Cortinas said. It caused an estimated $850,000 worth of damage to the building, the report said.
