Man, Daughter Die in Snohomish County (WA) House Fire

According to a report from KING5, a father and his seven-year-old daughter were killed in a house fire in Snohomish County, Washington, on Thursday morning.

South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue crews arrived to the fire in the 2900 block of York Road at about 3:30 a.m., according to spokesperson Leslie Hynes. Hynes said that, on arrival, the home was fully engulfed in flames, and the fire was very fast-moving.

Crews were unable to enter the home and had to go to a defensive stance. The man and his daughter were discovered once the fire was extinguished.
