Spray nozzle brochure
Fogfighter, a spray nozzle from Enerjee Inti., is described in a six-page color brochure from the company.
Fogfighter’s nozzle settings are diagrammed; charts show its flow capabilities and its throw per foot at various pressures. A diagram presents each part of the spray nozzle, which is identified by a corresponding parts list. A technical description of Fogfighter is included.

Haz-mat equipment catalogue
Hazco Services Inc.’s selection of rental haz-mat equipment is described in a 28page catalogue.
Rental equipment includes photo-ionizers; sound level meters; fibrous aerosol monitors; and oxygen, carbon monoxide, and combustible-gas monitors. Its rental mobile trailers can be used as offices, laboratories, inventory storage, and shower and decontamination facilities. Hazco rental equipment is available by the week or month on a first-come, first-served basis.
An artist’s sketches accompany written descriptions of the rental items. A price list is included with the catalogue.

The device’s features and specifications are included on the sheet. According to the company, Jamb-Spreader allows instantaneous access but minimizes potential damage to doors and jambs.

Stainless-steel equipment literature
The Trail Blazer stainless steel tanker and the Trail Blazer Skid-in converter are described in literature from the Walker Stainless Equipment Co.
The tanker’s features include all-stainless-steel tank construction; capacities ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 gallons; and a stainless-steel, fold-down, portable tank bracket. The Trail Blazer Skid-in can convert a pickup truck or a chassis with a utility body into a first-attack unit.

Helmet literature
The First Due Firefighter Helmet series, formerly the Firecraft series, is described in literature from Phenix Technology Inc.
The series includes three models, including a forestry version. Specifications on the helmets’ design, shell, faceshield, liner, and chin strap are included in the literature, as well as weights for helmets and their components, and maintenance and cleaning instructions. Information on helmet insignia and equipment reflective tapes is also available.

Literature about Tracor Atlas Inc.’s Dead Stop carbon monoxide indicator badge is available from the company.
Dead Stop warns when the gas is approaching or exceeding the maximum level allowable under federal regulations. The badge’s applications, shelf life, and instructions are described in the literature.

Valve brochure
Hydra-Shield Manufacturing Inc.’s NTN Carlin Valve, which uses a speed disc to allow for a variable flow rate, is described in a color brochure from the company.
According to the brochure, the dangerous effects of water hammer are virtually eliminated because water flow is controlled by the valve. The valve is pictured and its capabilities are described in the literature.

Portable water tank brochure
SEI Industries Ltd. has released a color brochure on its Buoywall portable water tank.
The Buoywall tank is collapsible and stores in its own carrying bag. It can be filled from a tanker, auxiliary water truck, or natural water source. When no longer in use, the Buoywall can be drained through a valve located at its base. The brochure describes ways the tank can be used, how it’s set up, and the materials of which it’s made.
