Two firefighters were injured after falling into the basement of an apartment building during fire suppression operations in Glendale, California.
The firefighters were rescued by their colleagues and transported, according to ABC7.com. Crews used ladders to rescue a woman and child trapped in a top-floor apartment, and a total of six civilians were medically evaluated.

Chief Silvio Lanzas said they fell from the first floor of the building into the basement, the report said.
