On Saturday November 22, 2014 at 1100 hours, there will be a memorial gathering to honor the life of service and giving of Chief Harvey Eisner, Editor Emeritus of Firehouse.
The gathering will be held at the City of New York Fire Department Training Academy. Fire service, professional associates, and friends of Chief Eisner are warmly invited to attend. The academy, or “The Rock” as it is known, is located on Randall’s Island and is easily accessible by automobile. The memorial gathering will conclude before 1500 hours.
You are invited to join Chief Eisner’s Family and friends in paying tribute to a great firefighter, fire chief, editor-in-chief, photographer, gentleman and friend of the American fire service.
