He was in a position to get detailed information on a number of subjects, and he was involved in events of worldwide consequence. Yet he he says this program may be as far-reaching and important as anything else.
I think he is trying to tell us something. I think he is saying that the hazardous materials problem is bigger than we think, even in the fire service. Perhaps we should take this warning to heart.
