Missouri Battalion Chief Dies After Response

A Missouri firefighter died yesterday after responding to an incident.

The U.S. Fire Administration reported that South Metropolitan Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Christopher A. Tindall, 42, passed away from a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be reported. His death came hours after responding to an emergency incident.

Tindall had 19 years of service.
