The California Fire Chiefs Association–Communications Section (Northern Division) has elected BOB BASSETT, communications manager for Alameda County, its 1996 president and DAVE LARTON, dispatcher for the Gilroy Fire Department, vice-president. DAVE SWALL, former resource coordinator for Marin County Fire, will continue as treasurer. RANDALL LARSON, senior dispatcher for San Jose Fire, will continue as secretary.
