Three firefighters who battled a 2-alarm fire in Plainsboro, New Jersey, Sunday recorded themselves fighting the fire and one edited the action together to show what it looks like to be among the flames, reports nj.com.

The 15-minute video, edited by Firefighter Nick Lombardi and posted to his Facebook page, starts aboard a responding firetruck with footage from the helmet camera of Assistant Chief Scott Kivet.

Kivet records the arrival and when he and another firefighter deploy the first firehose on the flames at the Deer Creek apartments.

The video then shifts to Firefighter James Grande from Monroe Township’s Fire District 2, who records himself an another fireman in a tower ladder high above the building cascading water onto the roof.

The video concludes with Lombardi, who records himself and other firefighters entering an apartment at the complex and hosing down a burning ceiling
