NFA Special State Weekends

Eight states will participate in FEMA’s Special State Weekend Programs at the National Fire Academy’s Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Md. These programs give participating states the opportunity to sponsor selected NFA courses.

The facility is set aside for use by fire and rescue personnel from the sponsoring state on the state’s designated weekend. Scheduled State Weekend Programs are: North and South Carolina, Oct. 1-2, 1983; Delaware, Oct. 22-23, 1983; Maryland, Feb. 25-26, 1984; New jersey, Mar. 31Apr. 1, 1984; Pennsylvania, june 2-3, 1984; Connecticut, July 21-22,1984; and Virginia, Sept. 29-30, 1984.
