A three-vehicle collision that resulted in a rollover occurred at an intersection this morning in Ocala, Florida. Three adults and one toddler were involved, and one driver was treated by paramedics and transported to the hospital.
Fire Battalion Chief Shane Alexander stated, “I am glad the toddler was restrained in a car seat. The use of seat belts and child restraint devices make all the difference.”
Ocala firefighters responded at 9:31 a.m. and arrived one minute later. Traffic was affected in the area and firefighters remained on scene one hour.
Above, Ocala fire and police officials secure the scene and direct traffic.
