One Dead in SC House Fire

Lancaster (SC) – One person was killed in a house fire in Lancaster on Tuesday morning, according to the Lancaster County fire marshal.

The fire broke out at a home on Lyndell Way around 4:30 a.m. Heavy smoke was coming from the home and the roof was ruined when crews arrived. Fire officials say the victim was the only person inside the abandoned type home.
