One person is dead and another hospitalized following a house fire in Northfield, reports WCAX 3.
Fire crews said a neighbor rushed inside and saved Harvey Eastman, 70. He is receiving treatment at UVM Medical Center. They say his wife, Barbara, 71, was found dead inside.
Officials say they believe the fire started in the chimney.
