Back in February, firefighters responded to a barn fire in Lower Windsor Township in York County, Pennsylvania. Fire photographer Robert Streett shared some photos from the fireground.
The fire was started by suspected lightning strike, minutes after a line of very severe storms moved through the area. Many roads were rendered impassable because of downed trees and power lines. Response to the scene was hindered because of the road conditions, which delayed fire crews’ arrival times. Craley Fire Company from York County Station 44 responded to the fire, which went to two alarms.
