PA Volunteer Firefighter Dies in Crash

West Cornwall Township (PA) – Bruce L. Sensenig, 20, of the 2200 block of Colebrook Road in North Cornwall Township and a volunteer with the Quentin Fire Company, was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle accident by the Lebanon County coroner’s office just before 7 p.m.

The accident occurred along Route 322 at about 6:29 p.m while Sensenig was attempting to respond to a call Monday evening.

Chief Bruce D. Harris of the Cornwall Borough Police Department said the Quentin Fire Company had been dispatched at 6:24 p.m. to an accident along Route 72, near the Mount Gretna, and Sensenig was responding to the station for this call when he apparently lost control of his vehicle during heavy rains.
