Paterson (NJ) Firefighters Battle Two Major Fires

More than 100 firefighters battle two significant overnight fires in the city of Paterson, New Jersey.

Four buildings were destroyed but no injuries were reported, according to The Record (http://bit.ly/1C6knNN).

Extremely windy conditions were hampering firefighters, Chief Michael Postorino told reporters, but it is not clear whether wind-blown embers from the first fire ignited the second one. It’s unclear how many people lived in the multi-family homes.
