Boston (MA) firefighters responded Sunday to a fire that damaged multiple structures in the Dorchester section and went to six alarms.
The wind-whipped fire at around 10 a.m. impacted buildings on Peverell and Cushion Ave., one of them the childhood home of actor Mark Wahlberg.
More than 120 firefighters responded to the fire, with thousands of feet of hose stretched, according to the fire department’s Twitter account. Two firefighters and one civilian sustained minor injuries, and the fire did more than $2M in damage.
