PIERCE MANUFACTURING, INC. has named John Randjelovic vice president and general manager. Previously, he was vice president for manufacturing, purchasing, and materials. Pierce has also agreed to purchase NOVA QUINTECH`s Sky Arm aerial platform, Telescopic Boom water tower, and Sky-Five aerial ladder. Each product will be exclusive with Pierce and manufactured at the company`s Appleton, Wisconsin, facility. Additionally, Pierce has received an order for 100 SaberT pumpers, 20 DashT aerials with platforms, and 10 Dash industrial pumpers with SnorkelT SqurtT water towers from the Saudi Arabia Department of Civil Defense. The purchase is part of a department modernization plan.
