Rutherford County TN Goes Live with ETI Software

Rutherford County (TN) has gone live on Emergency Technologies, Inc. (ETI) Visual Fire On-Demand, a hosted version of their Fire Records Management System (Fire RMS). On April 1st, Rutherford County Fire Rescue Department began using Visual Fire On-Demand, which is the first system of its kind for the agency.

The Visual Fire On-Demand solution is a Web-deployable / Software as a Service (SaaS) version of ETI’s Visual Fire software. Visual Fire On-Demand is a suite of modules that includes Fire Incident Reporting, Mobile Field Reporting, Equipment Inventory, Personnel, Schedule Viewer, Master Indices, Audit Viewer, Assignment Manager, Training and Certification records, Hydrant information and Structural Pre-plans, among others. These modules will provide the Rutherford County Fire Rescue Department with a system to streamline their processes and increase efficiency throughout the agency.

“We are excited to deploy our world-class software in Rutherford County to help automate their processes.” said Kyle Breischaft, president and chief executive officer of Emergency Technologies, Inc. He continues, “Our new hosted solution will help small and medium size agencies, such as Rutherford County purchase and maintain a Fire Records System, without the overhead costs of hardware infrastructure and staffing an IT Department.”

Rutherford County, Tennessee is located in central Tennessee and has a population of more than 250,000. The Rutherford County Fire Rescue Department has 11 volunteer fire / rescue stations covering a territory of more than 626 square miles.
