According to a report from NBC5, an early-morning fire heavily damaged a house on Chapman Street in the village of Rouses Point, New York.
Clinton County Emergency Services dispatchers said the first call for the fire came in just before 4:20 a.m. Seven fire departments responded.
The home sustained heavy damage on the interior and the siding on a neighboring home looked as if it was melted.
Dispatchers said there were no reports of injuries.
Crews were forced to close down Chapman Street in the area of Delaware and Maple streets for several hours. As of 7:30 a.m., Chapman Street was cordoned off.
