Six Dead in AR House Fire

According to a report from 4029News, the Washington County (AR) Sheriff’s Office have released a statement that six people, two adults and four children, died in a house fire in the 2100 block of Treehouse Road in the Nob Hill area.

The sheriff’s office said one juvenile escaped, but two adults and four other juveniles were unable to make it to safety.

Fire Departments from Nob Hill, Goshen, Round Mountain, and Hindsville as well as Central EMS, Air Evac, Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies, and the Washington County Coroner’s Office also responded to the scene.

Detectives are now investigating the cause of the fire. The bodies of all six victims have been transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for a cause of death assessment.
