Two members of the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were killed responding to a fire at a high-rise apartment in Southampton, England. James Shears, 35, and Alan Bannon, 38, died fighting a fire that broke out Tuesday night at the 15-story Shirley Towers. All residents were rescue during the incident. An investigation into the deaths has begun, according to a department spokesman.
