The “Steak-umm® Firehouse Challenge” was designed to recognize and give back to firehouses and the dedicated firefighters who bravely serve our communities.
Three firefighters who entered their Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks recipes have been selected to participate in the Steak-umm® Firehouse Challenge Cook-Off, where the grand prize winner will be selected by celebrity judges Firehouse Chef Joe Bonanno, Chef Pam Green and Chef Kevin Sbraga to receive $20,000 for their firehouse.
The finalists will also participate in a Fan Favorite competition, where the public can vote for their favorite recipe on the Steak-umm® Facebook page.
The Fan Favorite winner will win a $5,000 prize for their firehouse.
